At BienLeaf, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and carefully packed teas to your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking information.

Shipping Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities and Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
  Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to local conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all regions of India. Our logistics partners are selected to ensure reliable and timely delivery to even the most remote areas.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may incur an additional charge of ₹50

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS. You can also reach out to us at hello@bienleaf.com for assistance.

Delivery Issues

• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number, we will reattempt once. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us and reshipping charges may apply.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
